All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment (if applicable).

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
Applicable GST and other taxes shall be charged as per Indian law.

Delivery
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on production schedules, transportation, or unforeseen circumstances.

Installation
Installation assistance will be provided as agreed in the quotation or purchase order.

Warranty
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is subject to the warranty terms provided with the machine.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or negligence is not covered.

Liability
S R Associates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to administrative charges, if any.

Customized Machines
Customized or specially manufactured machines cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

Damaged Products
Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.

Manufacturing Defects
Machines found to have manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced according to the warranty policy.

Refunds
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.
